I know of a couple moms who do this one day a week and buy up a few shopping carts of stuff, put it in one giant box and ship it to Amazon, and make crazy amounts of money doing it. It’s pretty cool. Agreed but I might consider a blended portfolio of large and small cap stocks using low cost mutual funds (I found a fidelity large cap fund FUSVX with a net expense of .035% that has also delivered 17%+ YTD gains, some are dividend some are growth stock in the fund) UNLESS you’re close to retirement. This way you get the growth upside on small cap paired with the stablilty of some large cap stocks while maintaining balanced ricks.

I have been an avid fan of Shopify and think their ecommerce setup is a great way to build a business but unless you hire an assistant, it takes up a lot of time! Most of my projects have been actual projects so thinking about using digital projects to sell actually makes me think twice!! Digital is the way to go because you sell over and over again!! I have tried to sign up & complete cash for surveys in the past and then felt like I was being led down a rabitt’s hole, going from one “skip” and/or “submit” to another without ever, seemingly, actually completing the entire process. So, when I saw CashCrate recommended in ptmoney.com, I thought it was going to be more straight forward, but, alas, no, I entered the rabitt’s hole once again, coming up for air only after an entire hour spent hopping, skipping, and jumpring all over the place, netting 25 cents in earnings!
